The vehicles shown on your website are the only ones you can provide?

We can provide you any type of car you ask for, upon request. You just have to notify us a couple of days before and if the car is not reserved by another guest we will fulfill your request and let you know the sooner.

Why there is no price list for your services?

All types of services can be tailor made under your specific needs. Thats why all prices come up after you contact us and let us know your preferences in cars and services.

Do I need a booking to use your instant services?

Of course no. The only thing you have to do is to give us a call and provide us with the information we ask you to and we will assist you as soon as possible.

What happens if my flight arrives early?

We monitor all flights so we will do our best to arrive early.

What happens if my flight details change?

Please call or email us so we can update your booking with the new information provided.

Do fares include parking and tolls?

Parking and tolls are not included, they will be added to your final invoice but are kept to the lowest possible amount and the guest is always aware of the extra charges when they occur.

Will my chauffeur respect my privacy and confidentiality?

Absolutely. All of our chauffeurs have signed confidentiality agreements with Trackfinity. What is said in the car, stays in the car.

Do I need a booking to use your instant services?

Of course no. The only thing you have to do is to give us a call and provide us with the information we ask you to and we will assist you as soon as possible.

What information do I need in order to book?

Just some basic information such as your location or hotel name, the type of service you need along with the dates and the number of persons that will use our services.

Is there an extra charge in case i have too many luggage.

No, you will be charged only in case that a second car is needed to carry your luggage.

What happens if I travel with children?

If you need extra equipment like booster seats or baby courts, let us know. Children under the age of 10 and the equipment needed are not charged.

Can i carry pets in the car?

Of course. We will appreciate if you can have the pet carry-on baggage.

When do i have to pay as soon as I book with you?

We charge 20% of the total amount and you pay the rest 80% upon your arrival.

What happens in case I cancel my reservation?

If your reservation is canceled 15 days before your arrival date you get 100% of your money back.

Does the prices includes gratuity for the driver?

No, it is at your discretion.
